Green is the dominant colour in nature and symbolises a new beginning, balance, health, harmony, life, fertility, hope, calmness, happiness, reliability, reflection, growth and development. Green is also associated with money, prosperity and abundance (and, as its shadow side, envy and jealousy). It is a colour with a relaxing and calming effect.
